Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled before sample collection by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.

Refunds

• If payment is made and sample collection has not occurred, a refund may be initiated.

• Once sample collection is completed, no refund will be applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
